This place goes above and beyond for their customers. I came and asked about replacing my AC and Furnace for my home- unfortunately, they only do large companies.. however, very kindly offered me options of local businesses based on what I needed/wanted. The professionalism and kindness was top notch, and they paid special attention to my needs and questions even though they couldn’t service me directly- they didn’t just shrug me off. Gerster Equipment is great. I deal with both their Buffalo and Syracuse branches daily. Sometimes multiple times a day. They never miss a beat. Thanks to everyone at both branches!

Bad customer service, rude
I have had multiple positive interactions with Maureen checking on parts,etc. Maureen is always top of her game in knowledge, efficiency and professionalism. She has information quickly and is always helpful. Gerster Equipment has such nice, pleasant employees that anytime I call, it is a pleasure.
