In 2012 and 2013 we moved to Boca and rented a home that was facilitated by Gersper Realty. Towards the end of our lease in 2013, we decided to settle in and buy a home in the area. After several discussions with the owner of the home that included Gersper Realty, we reached an agreement that if we found a home and moved out prior to the end of our contract, our final month's rent would be returned.
