Where do I begin…Mike was the most honest, compassionate, and trustworthy person to work with during a difficult time moving on short notice. We purchased our home and he made this transition smooth as can be. He puts his clients above anything else and is an asset to the real estate world. In 2012 and 2013 we moved to Boca and rented a home that was facilitated by Gersper Realty. Towards the end of our lease in 2013, we decided to settle in and buy a home in the area. After several discussions with the owner of the home that included Gersper Realty, we reached an agreement that if we found a home and moved out prior to the end of our contract, our final month's rent would be returned. Mike and Catherine just sold out families home in the water in Boca. They were both amazing to work with. They went above and beyond to help my parents with lots of questions and small requests.
