Extremely unprofessional experience with Catherine Gersper. We arranged a property showing and specifically took time off of work to do so, and confirmed by text more than an hour beforehand, yet she still canceled on us and refused to show the property that day. Her attitude afterward was dismissive, rude, and showed no respect for our time. Instead of trying to fix the situation, she told us to find another agent. I would not recommend working with her or Gersper Team Realty.
