They were running just a little behind, but everyone was still patient and courteous with the patients. Explained things very understandably.
I don’t feel comfortable with this office. I can easily understand some letters being transposed, but when both my first and last names are completely butchered, I can’t help but wonder if their medical practices are as slipshod as their office work.
