My name is Ken I'm from Chicago, IL, my wife (Charmaine) and I were on vacation on Friday August 16, 2013 my 528I BMW had problems. The battery light came on, temperature gauge went to hot and I lost power steering. I contacted Gerry's shop on Saturday August 17, 2013 and one of the technicians told me to bring the car in.
