Great service and always friendly. Feels like home
Worst service experience I have ever had. I came in only for a diagnostic, but without my permission they replaced parts and gave me a bill of over $1,000 for work I never requested. I felt discriminated against because I am an immigrant and my English is not yet perfect. When I refused to pay for the unauthorized work, they yelled at me and threw my keys on the table. Absolutely unacceptable behavior — I do not recommend this service to anyone.
I truly appreciate the excellent experience I had getting my new Mazda, starting from the moment I walked into the showroom and met Ernie Foort. He’s a great asset to GG Mazda—such a kind individual and a true professional. Ernie guided me through the test drive and paperwork smoothly. I’d also like to thank Jordan Day, the Financial Services Manager, for his outstanding professionalism, and Jessica Knoblauch for helping me get everything set up in the vehicle. Thanks to the entire Mazda team!
Good service but indicated they couldn't do simple thing like aim headlights.
