Avoid this dealership at all costs. Despite hearing horror stories from friends about their experiences here, we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, hoping they had improved over the years. Been to my fair of dealers. I contacted Josh Williams in the service department. I lost my lug nut lock key. Josh got my car in within the hour, and provided me with above perfect, respectful and professional service. Dealing with Josh at Gerry Gordon's has actually restored faith in me about car dealerships. Above and beyond, courteous and like I said a pro. I had a missing weather strip clip, he came outside in the snow and took a look. A+
