Our experience with Dr. Miller’s office was extremely disappointing and frustrating over the course of several years. My mother repeatedly felt dismissed and unheard regarding concerns about her health for nearly five years, which is why she specifically requested in advance that I, her son, attend an appointment with her to help advocate on her behalf.
