I live across the street from Germantown lofts and I think they are very beautifull....since it was finished after remodeling it has made the neighborhood a sight for sore eyes ha ...from a old cotten mill to what it is today is a blessing ........very nice
One of the best physical locations I've lived with so many close by amenities, it's unbelievable. Perhaps, for Me, the Best of Louisville!!!
The apartments are well planned and quite beautiful with some nice high end finishes. Being new, there are some small complaints, but the management is extremely responsive and helpful in fixing even the smallest of issues. Being in a different building, my issues with noise has not been as severe as a lot of the reviews. I can hear the intro song to the office from my neighbor, but not much else. As other tenants have pointed out, it's a bit noisy due to the rather flimsy drywall. Also, there is a complete absence of natural lighting in the bedroom and the windows do not open, so it can feel a bit "shut in" at times. Unless you have your A/C on all the time, it gets a bit stuffy and humid with the lack of air flow. As far as amenities go, the gym, which we were told would open in March/April, is not included with rent and has yet to open. Not sure when it got pushed back to...
