Love it! Probably the best thing the county did for Germantown. I come to swim once a week.
Great place to take the kids, and adults can have fun also, we had a group of 17, ages 4 to 48 and we all had a great time, most of us live in Virginia, my daughter lives in Maryland and told us about this pool, we will visit again!!!!
I love this place because it has a water slide and high dive!
I've been doing morning lap swimming at Germantown Indoor pool for 3 years. Of the 3 county pools I've used (G'town, Olney, Shriver) I like G'town the best. Olney is closest to home, but has too few lanes for the demand; Shriver is no longer convenient. The positives at G'town: 18 lap lanes! (Although several are in use by swim teams until about 6:15, and then by the masters group), individual shower stalls, good/large lockers.
