This by far is one of the worst places I've had to deal with. The first time I used this facility the front desk staff was nice and Dr. Cote is awesome. But everything as a whole seemed unorganized. Today trying to get an appointment the lady answering the phone is snarky and just needs to learn better customer service. She refused to give my child a sick appointment because my husband had mentioned when he got to the facility he would like to have my son tested for covid. The greeting at this facility was nice. The staff were even nice.. however the service was terrible. Doctor Cote was phenomenal! However, there wasn’t any sense of urgency to follow-up with me for test results. The lab machines were broken.. go figure! It took a week and a day for me to receive any news and even then, I had to call them for it. Wouldn’t go there again if my life depended on it. Started not to give this place a chance because of the negative reviews but I’m so happy that I did. From the nice lady that checked my temperature as soon as I walked in, to the front desk receptionist, everyone was very welcoming & professional. I was seen by NP Jessica S. & she was a delight. She made me feel very comfortable, was extremely informative & respected my privacy. Whether going for a basic check up or an emergency, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. -Tiarra B.
