I was so scared to have the juvederm filler after reading all the internet stories however it was a peice of cake and no bruising. I will redo this procedure when needed, not to mention the staff is so friendly its like hanging out with your friends.
During my pre-op visit the nurse who assisted me (Patty) was very rude and condescending. It made my experience unpleasant and made me not want to come back. I had to be reassured that she would not be in the operating room with me. Vicki has always been a pleasure to deal with everytime I have had an encounter with her. The reseption staff is WONDERFUL! Jana and Gina are ALWAYS helpful and friendly.

at first I was scared but everyone reassured me that everything was going to be fine. everyone had very good bedside manner.
I used to come here years ago and then life got in the way. Jana convinced me to come back and i hav been in twice this week! Katie is great and so is the rest of the staff. I have another appointment scheduled next week. Im going to look fabulous!

Dr Laurence really prides himself on the uniqueness of the patient and is like an artist with your face and you can definitely see this after. He recommends ideas that you may have never considered and they come out great. He also considers cost in each procedure and so thats an amazing aspect as well when you look at his work. I am a physician so I feel that I am a big critic and I can honestly say he does a great job!
Had a CO2 laser treatment on my face and am extremely happy with the results. Have also had on-going treatments with Charlotte and all has been perfect.
I see Charlotte for laser treatment. I am African American with freckles and was very nervous about getting a laser treatment due to hyperpimentation. On our first visit, Charlotte was very cautious and made me feel like she truly cared about my skin and performing a safe treatment. I will now only let Charlotte do my laser treatments. After my treatments, she always tells me to call her and send her pictures of my face. She is the best.
