Staff was very professional. Everyone looked very nice and they were so friendly and happy. They called to remind me of appt. My provider made sure I understood everything. They took plenty of time to consult with me before treatment.
Dr. Laurence and his staff are WONDERFUL! They treat their patients like family. They are cutting edge with the latest in no downtime services. If I could give them an 11, I would!!!

I had a Botox treatment done on my underarms which was a different type of experience for me and not knowing what exactly to expect, both Dr. Laurence and also Katie who was the one to administer the injections, were very helpful and helped me to answer questions and know how to expect things and what reactions or not to be aware of. Everyone from the front desk to just in general have been very nice and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable.
Dr. Laurence has been wonderful with making me feel comfortable and confident with my procedure and I could not be happier with the end results. What really sets this office apart for me is the convenience of getting ahold of Dr. Laurence and his staff anytime I have and questions or concerns, and the care and follow up they have taken of me both before, during and after the procedure.
Dr. Laurence is both very professional as well as personable. He has a very strong attention to detail and looks at the whole appearance and determines a personal plan that was very obtainable. I felt very at home during my consultation and felt he had a genuine interest in achieving my goals.
I love getting the text before appointment. Think week prior text reminder of what to do like no aspirin, etc would be helpful for new people like me.
