What can I say about German? First of all giving him 5 stars is not enough, it does not do him justice. He is an incredible human being. He walked us through the whole process of purchasing a home. He answered every question we had right away. German made himself available at all times. It felt like we were his only clients. He had empathy as we were going through a difficult time. I worked with German to purchase my first home. I had previously worked with 2 other loan officers but they weren’t clear when answering my questions and sugar coated everything. German set very real expectations and explained everything until I understood the process fully. Working with German was a great experience. He made the process super easy. I was able to close early which significantly helped when just moving back to the US from Germany. I shopped with 2 other lenders to compare rates and the closest rate was .75 higher and still had closing cost. With German I got the lowest rate and all closing costs were covered. There was a constant flow of communication and he worked well with both my realtor and the sellers realtor. I would highly recommend him.
