Mick was a great guy to deal with, he looked at the damages on my car and told me exactly what was needed before he gave me an estimate. He made sure I knew what was going to be on the paper, instead of being confused by all the abbreviated words that could mean 5 different things. He got everything fixed in 3 days instead of the estimated 5.
