Be Leery... Be leery of this shop. After my girlfriend's car had work done at German Motor Works, I had to take the car to the dealership for an unrelated problem. Found out the previous repair German Motor Works did was done incorrectly and with cheap parts. I don't recommend this shop.

if the general manager wants to act like a child and give his unwanted 2 cents about a subject he clearly knows nothing about, I can only imagine his behavior in person is just as off-putting. Maybe you should stick to German cars and keep your nose out of japanese car sales. I don't do business with trolls.

Expert level knowledge of my BMW. Delivers fast and they have flexible scheduling. Quick turn arounds on repairs. Access to quality BMW parts and they have super friendly staff. I’d never go back to the dealership!
Brought my sons BMW here to get computer sensor crank shaft fixed, plus coolant/brake flush, oil leak fixed, air bag seat belt sensor fixed. Super friendly helpful knowledgeable staff. They did a fabulous job on all of it. I had heard this is a great place for German cars and I completely agree. Will definitely use them again if needed.
