Be aware: this shop apparently does everything to VW dealer standard, factory specs only. I found out when inquiring about replacing dual mass clutch with single mass. Not true of the Tallahassee shops we've worked with.
My experience with German Imports has been excellent for more than 15 years. BMW-Z-4 (2) Audi 5 and Mercedes 450 GL.Owner Paul Taber is a Pro and Service Manager Nicole is tops.
We were from out of town with a short time frame and they accommodated us and they were very transparent.
Professional and knowledgeable staff. Great care and service with my BMW X1. I don't think I could get a professional service or a better experience with anyone else. Nicole and Edmund do a fantastic job. They go beyond my expectations. I am very thankful to have them in Thomasville. A personable experience you will not get at a dealership
