BUYER BEWARE. No accountability for damaging my car.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!went to German carwash in Marietta today to handwash my 2016 Mazarati. They broke both of my back floormats snaps and threw the broken snap on my backseat.. When I confronted them, they were laughing and speaking Spanish like it was a joke. When the manager asked the 2 people who cleaned my car (after 15 mins of watching them walk around like my concerns weren't important) they said one was already broke (not true) but if it was, what about the other broken mat?.
