I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this office today, all thanks to a receptionist who clearly has no regard for patients’ time or concerns. I scheduled a 5:15 PM appointment with Dr. Acosta and arrived on time, only to be blindsided by a sudden text update moving my appointment to 6:00 PM—without any explanation or notification from the staff.
