Dr.Sautter and entire staff were so kind and compassionate. Our bulldog needed to be seen in emergency situation and we could not have asked for better care. Your efforts and kindness will always be remember in our fur babies last hours. Bless you all
We're new to town and Dr Clark came recommended. She and the rest of the staff I've met so far are outstanding. Everyone I met has been friendly to my dog and myself and they are patient and will take the time to answer all questions. We had an emergency visit tonight and Dr Stauffer was equally as excellent with my girl as Dr Clark. Even though she had only been there once before, as soon as she saw where we were my dog practically dragged me into the office to see the vet. Horrendous customer service. Not willing to address glaring issues they have with reception and management. Instead of trying to fix the problem, they just drop you and your animal. There, problem fixed! Not even a notice period, or a call from office manager in regards to complaint. Very professional?
I wanted to give a big Thank you to Dr.Clark for saving my daughters puppy. Her name is infinity. She was brought to the clinic on Wednesday and found out she had parvo.Dr.Clark did amazing with her.All the staff were very friendly and very supportive.Thank you Courtney for taking such good care of her.She is happy to be home and shes doing well.Once again Thank you!!!!This means a lot to the family.I recommend this clinic to anyone.
We have been going here for a long time. When our cat Azzy passed recently we received a very sweet card with a handwritten note inside. One step they didn't have to do but meant so much. Great clinic friendly staff.
