I want to say thank you to Dr. Clark and the staff for taking such good care of our Olivia. Dr. Clark never gave up hope and she tried everything until there was nothing else to try. Everyone is so compassionate there. Putting her down was one of the hardest things we had to do. She is in a better place now, but nothing makes it easier. We have the best memories and that is what we need to hold on to. Thank you again everyone for being so supportive at such a devistating time.���
Just this year I have slowly changed my 3 dogs over to this clinic and all 3 have had different vets. I cannot say enough positive things about each one of them! Very compassionate about the pet and they provide the best care!! The vet techs are very friendly and helpful answering any questions I’ve had. I’ve even felt welcomed by the receptionists!! �

I have to say German Flatts Veterinary "team" go above and beyond for their clients. I would highly recommend anyone to become a client at their clinic.
My family were long time customers here, last night we had an emergency and called the emergency number... the vet couldn't be bothered. Our family got to helplessly watch our dog pass away right in front of us. Even today they couldn't bother to return our many calls and to check in with us, we gave them the benefit of the doubt not believing all the negative things people had to say about them. We will now be letting everyone we know not to do business here.
Wht a caring and compassionate lady Dr. Clark is and the after hours technician (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name). They were the on call vet for my local veterinarian. I called they gave me options over the phone and when it was decided I needed to bring him in after hours they were right there for me. Unfortunately my pet was not able to be saved however Dr. Clark was as helpful and compassionate as anyone could possibly be at a time like that. I truly thank her and her staff for all they did
