Well, Mr. Daniel provided me with three reasons to write this review. First, he was unreliable. He was quick to accommodate me at 4:55 p.m. for a quick check, but after conducting a preliminary diagnosis, he was unsure about the issue. He repeatedly told me that he hadn’t encountered this problem before. Second, he had poor communication. He instructed me to drop off my car on Monday morning.
