I really don’t know where to start. Dealing with this company was a complete and utter disaster. Brought a 2015 Panamera in for 3 different things. 1. Oil Change. 2. Diagnose why check engine light was on. 3. Fuel lid not working properly. Sat down in office with Shane to discuss. Signed an estimate that he wouldn’t exceed $500.00 without prior approval. I called to see if I could bring my BMW that day and they took me in right away and diagnosed it and did the work with a low cost. They sent me estimates to my phone to approve or decline and everything went great and got it back the same day.
Brought my bmw z4 here because it didn’t pass smog due to several codes. Shane looked it over and was able to get the issues fixed. He could have charged me but he didn’t because he said he just had to reset a few codes and the car was fine. He had me come back a few days later so that he can scan it to ensure that it would pass smog. I went back a week later and sure enough it was ready for smog and passed.
