I found this shop on google maps and I immediately called to see if they worked on footwell modules for a 2011 bmw 328i and was super happy to hear that they did. Grace went into detail on what the process would be like and answered every question that I had and was super kind. So off that interaction alone I knew I was in good hands. Just picked up my Audi A3 and they did an excellent job helping me out with my transmission issue! They replaced my metatronics unit very quickly and at a fair price!
Took my BMW in for a repair and service and I can say that pricing was fair and upfront. In my case the turn around was quick. Definitely recommend taking your car for any service or repair.
