I was looking for a new service option after a bad experience with another company. The customer service here was amazing and they got me back on the road in no time.
I reached out multiple times via their site email form for assistance getting my Benz serviced and never got a response back. I ended up going elsewhere to spend my money.
Do not go here this place is a complete scam. If I can give it 0 stars I would. My air conditioning was not blowing cold air, so I took it here to get looked at. After going there three times they just kept asking for more money. We have proof from Volkswagen dealership they caused more damage to the vehicle after paying them almost $1600. Beware! I don't know that I’ve ever written a review before, but in this case, I feel obligated to—I want to help the next person. I recently moved to the other side of the valley and needed a new shop for my 2016 Audi Q5 with 63k miles on it. Based on strong reviews and how close it was to work, I decided to try German Auto Service.
