Honest and professional
The guys at German Auto Repair are the only shop that will lay hands on my wife's Audi Q5. They are certified to work on german cars and that right there is enough for me but the bonus is they are very reputable and do good business. Craig, explains what's going on with the car and how they're going to fix it. Their prices are better than taking the car to dealership. Stand up guys! It's hard to find a honest mechanic shop, I found mine. I recommend them to anyone with a german model car.
I recently had my 2017 Audi serviced at German Auto Repair, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! The team is incredibly honest and communicates exceptionally well throughout the entire process. They handled my car with great care and provided service at a very reasonable price. The technicians are true masters at their craft and have a genuine passion for fixing German cars. I have been trusting Bill and his team at German Auto Repair with my Audi S8 for more than 8 years. They are highly knowledgeable, passionate about client care, practical in their recommendations and very fairly priced.
