Drove over 400 miles to purchase our 2012 Denali from German Auto House. Javon was very professional, and made the transaction flawless and pain free. We bought a 2007 Honda Accord from German Auto House about a year ago and are completely happy with our experience! We've had no issues since purchasing it, and they made it a super easy process and were incredibly helpful. Would definitely recommend.
German Auto House has a good supply of late model BMWs, and other cars. We got a good trade-in on our VW and came home with a very nice BMW 128i, with manual 6 speed transmission, which we love to drive. When we discovered that the manual was missing Javon (sales advisor) made a special effort to get all new documentation for the car. They are an honest dealer that gives good value for the money.
We bought a Lexus LS430 from Javan over 6 months ago & we love it. He was great to deal with...honest & no pressure to buy. We were trying to decide between a few cars & he told us his opinion on what the pros & cons of each were. My husband is now looking for a truck & Javan was the first person he thought to contact.
