Clean, honest, efficient shop. We took our Mercedes there based on Yelp reviews and will return. They will shuttle you home if you live within a reasonable distance (not Tacoma as the owner said!). Pricing seemed average, All questions answered.
Chris is brilliant. He knows more about BMW's then i can possible imagine. Every time i go in its a lesson about the car. Chris will always make sure you know exactly what is going on in the car and what the risks and rewards are. I've become a client and i'm proud to say it, he treats me with respect and even gave me a check up on the house, as long as German Auto Center is here i'm there.
I was buying a used Audi A3 and wanted an inspection before I purchased it. They let me bring the car right in, and in 90 minutes I was out the door with my 20 page inspection report! Very helpful, HONEST, and knowledgeable staff in my opinion, and as a woman, I typically hate going to a mechanic because you never know what kind of bulls**t they will try to come up with. Helped me knock an extra $600 off the price of the car when I bought it! I will definitely be bringing my car back here. Thanks, guys.
I do not see the review that I previously posted so I will write another one. I found German Auto Center several months ago and I am extremely happy. I know that I am in good hands with Mo and Chris and I appreciate their expertise. When my '99 BMW 323is needed an oil change and brake pads [along with a few other repairs], I knew I had to begin the hunt for a new shop. I had been burned by my previous mechanic and was a little weary of trusting yet another person with my car... but when I called to get a quote for an oil change and brake pads, Mo was spectacular. It's been a pleasure working with Guy and his team. They have the wherewithal and know how that makes me feel comfortable trusting my vehicle with them, and they handle each experience and turn of my vehicle repair with swiftness and ease. I've been there twice for desperate issues and plan on coming back in the future for anything that might come up.

I saw the high ratings and decided to go with them to replace water sensor on 2009 Porsche Cayenne. The got the part in less than 24 hours and installed very next day. The repair took longer than expected and they let me take a loaner car. I feel that the repair was done professionally and am pleased with results. Thank you.
Great place for the price. I really liked the lady who works in the afternoon. Housekeeping does a good job for the age of the building. I noticed that the carpets seem clean and relatively new. The walls were white and furniture wasn't covered in cigarette burns like other motels on 82nd. If I needed a place to stay in Portland, I would definitely go there.
