I own an Audi A3 hatchback and needed an oil change - straight forward service that was done right. The reason for the 5 stars: 1. Extras - reset TPG and did a review of systems 2. Provided pricing for additional service that will need to happen over 6 months (car will be due for 75k mile service) 3. Patience and professionalism by Jori that made me feel both respected and secure. How refreshing to feel like someone has your back. I will be a return customer.
Great guys: honest, experienced, fair prices, and willing to take the time to discuss your repair options. This is the only place in Seattle that I will take my vintage Mercedes.
I was delighted with the service atGerman Auto Center. They helped me locate a critical part for my elderly parents' VW camper, critical for braking, extracted it with great care from a junkyard steering column, and my folks now have a fully functioning (and safe) vehicle. Honest and super knowledgeable. The prices were more than fair and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I really felt taken care of by the guys at German Auto Center. I can honestly say I will not take my VW Cc anywhere else again. It's hard to find honest, competent people not trying to up sell. I highly recommend German Auto Center for any car needs you have. Well I will start by saying that the explanation and diagnosis of my AMG S 63 was what I would call informative and understandable in normal everyday terms. I am not really a car guy so the simple explanations were concise and to the point. The dealer had my head swimming, Chris showed me what was wrong and fixed it in two days!
