I called Friday on a car listed on Autotrader, which was listed much lower than anyone else in the northeast. I spoke with Marc, who described the car in detail, and helped set me up with financing. I drove down Saturday morning, and after a quick test drive, worked through all the finance details quickly and was back on the road home with my new Cadillac. Outstanding customer service!

Solid performance so far. Have had to take our used SRX back a couple of times. Always taken care of professionally and promptly. And it doesn't get any better than Tish.
The sales Representative was very nice and just great to deal with, unfortunately I can not say that about the rest of the company. Purchased our vehicle 47 days ago and still don't have a title..We called and inquired about where it was two weeks ago...Germain stated it was a bank issue..contacted the bank and they have never received any information regarding our loan. Terry called Mike Perkins and set up an appointment . Three hours we drow home in our new vette. Mike was very upfront with us and a pleasure to do business with.
