We came in a little closer to closing time after having my daily driver randomly stop working and were on a mission to find the specific Chevy Cruze they had to replace it. Within 5 minutes of being there, Adam had us out on a test drive! I can not recommend him enough if you're looking to buy a car. He was patient, answered all of our millions of questions, and even stayed late to help us finalize everything and get it that night. The best. I had a very difficult trade in situation living in louisville and having a small time frame. Adam Gentry is the only sales person I’ve ever met who has genuinely looked out for my best interest. Honestly I could not have made it harder on him and he stuck around for two hours after closing on a Friday. I’m not one to throw complements around gently, but they went far far far beyond the call of duty for me. Thanks so much 🙏

I pd cash for a cadillac coupe, customer svc was excellent., deal went thru very fast. Had just one complaint, the front spoiler had a tear in it and I wasn't notified. I had to take care of ., I was told if I had it fixed to send them the invoice. Got upset about this. Otherwise the car was in good shape, love it. Get compliments all the time. If they had sent me the ck to repair the front spoiler, or deducted this I would give them 5 stars. thanks

I had been looking for a used Camaro SS for a while and found what I was looking for at this dealership. My sales person, Neil Daniels was awesome and was very patient with me while trying to negotiate a price. A short time later, I drove it home. The staff made my family feel more like we were at a vacation resort than a dealership. Thank you!

Best SUV buying experience. We found this Lexus GX 460 online and sent them a email and got a reply the same day. Neil Daniels replied back to us. We texted and talked a few days and he was very helpful. We drove 6 hours to go see thus SUV and LOVED IT.Neil help us out a lot. I would recommend anyone looki g for a car or SUV to go to Germain Cadillac of Easton and Ask for Neil Daniels..LOVE OUR SUV. THANK YOU SO MUCH NEIL.
