Great experience busting a car at Germain BMW of Naples. Joe Delvecchio was the best sales person I have ever worked with. He was very knowledgeable about the X3. He was very professional and did not pressure me. Would recommend him highly.

I brought my BMW M5 in for service at Germain BMW and my service adviser was Adrian Pena who took great care of me. He provided me with a loaner BMW car and kept me updated on what repairs were needed and when it would be done. I am very satisfied with the service I received from Adrian he is a great guy who is very knowledgeable and treats his customers like family. Germain BMW is a fantastic place to have your car serviced I would highly recommend Germain BMW to anyone who wants quality work done right the first time.

As a woman I've meet some sales people in the past who don't take me seriously or treat me with the respect I deserve as a consumer. Jim McGinn was my client advisor and I can't recommend him highly enough! I've leased two BMW's from him and both times were so pleasurable, as a car buying experience should be!
