If you have a BMW, GO VISIT RHOEL GRAY! He has to be the highest caliber employee at Naples BMW. He has serviced my BMW since I’ve bought it in 2019 and he doesn’t try to run up my bill for unnecessary stuff. The man is genuinely trying to help get you back on the road went enjoy your car.
Chuck Griffith is an excellent service advisor. He is a true gentleman, always very personable & very knowledgeable. He takes great care of me & my 328i BMW. Many people I know have Chuck as their advisor. We all think the world of him & recommend him highly. He is great asset to the BMW family.

Chuck takes the time to explain everything that has been inspected on your car, what needs repair and why, but also will not push you into a repair that is unnecessary. Rhoel Gray is extremely pleasant to deal with and has an extensive knowledge of the BMW cars.He always listens to our concerns and remedies them in a most timely manner. We feel very comfortable leaving our 528i in his car.
My car advisor is Moises Marante. He has taken great care of my X3 over the past 3 years, and also my 328i before that! He explains everything carefully to me and helps me decide what the best course of action is. He is great at getting me a loaner to use, if my service appointment takes too long. He is also so good at checking to see what is covered under my warranty, and deals with the warranty people. He is the best!!! - Jamie Henry
My car advisor is Moises Marante. I am a grateful that every time I call he takes my phone call and helps me determine if I need to bring the car in or is not a problem. I am not very knowledgeable in respectful t to cars but Moises is honest and tries to help me the best way possible. I really appreciate it. He is also professional in all his dealings. He tries to get my car in and out as fast as possible. Glad to have him there assisting me.
Rhoel Grey was my service advisor and he did an excellent job. We normally have our car serviced in Michigan, but his service level is absolutely on par with the excellent service we receive up there. We'll be back again next year and look forward to working with Rhoel again.
