My overall experience has been pleasant, for a dental visit anyway. I Get a little anxious in dental situations. Dr. Neibuar is easy to address and will answer any concerns you have. All in all the staff has good customer service.

Since 1984 Dr Neibaur has done an excellent job taking over for Dr Sawdy..I highly recommend if you are looking for a dentist or new dentist in the Fairbanks area....

Dear Neibaur Staff (and formerly Sawdy Staff): Our experience with our appointments have always been phenomenal. The office always takes care of all of our dental needs. My family has been going to this dental practice for years (21 total). We are completely grateful and fortunate that we have all transitioned to Dr. Neibaur's care with such ease. In fact, the office has elevated its customer service and patient care tremendously. We are looking forward for the years to come.
