Today I received a harassing phone call from the manager of all three clinics because an employee saw my review. She basically called to argue with me about my review. The dentist isn't bad at communicating; it's caused by mask wearing. She did not tell me the Portland office would call me. She called to take issue with the review. I wish I could leave zero stars. The dentist in Vancouver refused to look at my tooth that hurts even to brush it let alone chew. He has no communication skills and no desire to find out patient needs. I tried to call five times the day before an appointment to cancel. They didn't answer the phone. Their voice message doesn't say you can leave a message until the end and even then it says to leave a message AFTER business hours. So I wrote a letter.
