Doug was the greatest property manager we have ever had! He is easy to work with, very communicative, very friendly and professional. If there was ever an issue he addressed it quickly. I would highly recommend him... we are a military family and he went out of his way to work with us upon moving in and moving out. Great man to work with!
This man right here thinks he’s something else trying to run out a house at 824 W. 50th St. that has mold in it. Remember my other house that you sold and sold for 280 you could’ve sold it for 312 but you didn’t list it you gave it away and he’s letting you handle this rental or you drop the rent by 50 bucks wow greedy greedy Bank. I had a client PCSing cross country in 10 days, we found a property Doug was managing, instantly let us view it (day of) and got the military family in that home. Stress Free and on a very short timeline. Thank you Doug.
The house I rented from this company was filthy. There was evidence of a roach infestation and it was never cleaned up. Behind the stove, trash compactor, and drink fridge there was roach feces and carcasses. There was even an old refrigerator (it was replaced around the time of move in) that was infested with roaches left in the house. Doug was our property manager for three years. He was always quick to take care of us with all maintenance needs and readily available to answer any questions throughout our time while renting. My husband and I greatly appreciated his honesty and keeping us well informed with the transition of the homeowner moving back into the home.
