We got a screw in a tire as we were going through Lincoln City. The other tire store in town told us we needed new tires, but we really wanted to wait until we got home (80 miles away) to make that purchase. The other store said it couldn’t be patched. We went to Gerber for a second opinion. They were so nice, so friendly, and they patched the tire in less than 15 minutes. We made it home and we were so grateful for them! Thank you Gerber!

We are from WA State and we’re headed to dinner to celebrate our 35th Wedding Anniversary when the “Low Tire Pressure” light came on. This was about 5:30pm. Not knowing what was opened we spotted Gerber’s. What a wonderful business. They were no nice and were able to remove a nail and patch our tire in about 20 minutes. Their customer service was impeccable and the would not accept payment. Gerber Tire & Service rocks. Thank you guys.
I went to Gerber today to get an oil change, fix my headlights (both low beams went out yesterday), and to fix a long-term problem, chugging on acceleration which was getting much worse. The staff was very friendly and got me in right away. They had done the oil change and fixed the headlights within an hour, and then got the part to stop the "chugging" that afternoon, fixed in just under an hour. Very professional service. They discovered crank case drain plug was stripped. That was done by the guys just down the street. The service rep said I was the 3rd one that day who came from the same place with the same problem. I will only go to Gerber tire and service center in the future for all of my automotive needs. These guys have been around for 40 years and there's a reason for that
