Gerber stands behind their products. I got a replacement stopper assembly sent to my door. Bravo! You just need to wait for it to arrive.
Bought newly built spec house 7 years ago that had Gerber toilets. I have had to replace flappers once on the round bowl., three times on the elongated bowl toilet. Each case was because the flapper did not center on tank hole, causing slow leak. Calleded customer service for replacement for the elongated bowl for the same leaking problem. I was told the 5 year warranty was up and I'd have to order and pay for it. Nothing but problems with Gerber toilets. I also had to replace a fill valve on one of the toilets.
