Useless customer service. I haven't been to the store so nothing against anyone there of course. But there Amazon product page has the wrong measurements and getting some basic help with that was the biggest waste of time ever.

When our old toilet tank flapper was leaking, causing an indescribably irritating "hissing" sound and wasting water, we were at our wits end. When I was about to lose my mind and replace the whole toilet, I opened the reservoir tank and, lo and behold, the part number (Flapper #99-788) was etched into the tank with a good ol' fashioned customer service phone number.
