Communication was Excellent from start to finish. Very friendly and professional while updating me through the entire process. The work they did on my Jeep was done exactly as said. I was pleasantly surprised to get my Jeep back cleaned inside and out. Would highly recommend.
Terrible customer service. I have a 1999 GMC 3500 service writer completely wasted my time. The service writer did not inform me before driving to the shop that my vin has to show up on his computer system in order to give an estimate. Why didn't the service writer ask for my vin over the phone to check if the truck shows up on the system. There is no order number because the service writer did not do an estimate.

I had a minor accident and decided to take my car to a nearby authorized repair shop instead of the one I usually go to. Although it was just a small bump, the damage turned out to be more extensive than expected and required repairs in several areas. The service took a bit longer than expected, but everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. The repair work was clean and reliable, and I left feeling very satisfied. If you ever need body repair after an accident, I’d definitely recommend this place.
Had a great experience at Gerber Collision and Glass. Everyone was very kind and helpful, and they were able to fix my car in quicker than I had expected. They did a beautiful job, and the entire process was easy and stress free. Hopefully I won’t need to return any time soon, but will definitely use them again if and when needed!
