Brought my truck in for an estimate on some work. Upon picking the vehicle up I noticed my hand held controller ($500 new) for the plow was missing. Adrian (employee) said he'd talk to his boss about getting a replacement. Menguel (boss) said they are not responsible for missing items from vehicle but said he'd call corporate to try an remedy the Situation. Said he'd get back to me in a few days. I'd remove sound systems or anything easily removed before going there. 3 stars for congeniality. In a few days I'll update stars ... read more
2 years ago... a young driver Rear-ended my brand new car, didn't even make the first payment... smh~ "My car got towed to Gerber (Mundelein) because I didn't want to chance it." They did a great job, its like I was never in an accident. It looked great.
