I took my car to Gerber Collision after an accident, and they did a really good job fixing it. The car looked great when it was done, and I was happy with the work. Because of that, I reached out to them about fixing another one of my vehicles. They replied to my first email and said they’d be happy to help and that it should be a quick job. Took my truck to the Gerber shop at 15th St. Tulsa on Monday for insurance work to repair damage to bumper and rear body panel caused by being hit by another driver, other driver's fault. Met with their employee and pointed out to him a dent in my tailgate that looked to me like it was result of the tailgate hitting the damaged bumper while lowering the tailgate. very friendly and helpful. went in for an estimate. mechanic was very knowledgeable and efficient. very professional. highly recommend
Service provided was superior to any other interaction I've had with a mechanic/collision shop. Even with logistical issues related to a winter storm and snow closing roads, the car was ready for pickup before the initial pickup date given.
