Absolute failure and would be a 0 rating if allowed. Went as recommended to this direct repair shop from St. Farm insurance. The estimator came out and looked at my vehicle with damage across the front (hood, bumper, grill), glass, and roof following a covered insurance loss from an un-tarped gravel truck on I465 in July. This place is the best at repairing cars in Indy did a great job on my 2022 Blazer it had Golfbsll sized hail damage and you can't d vdn tell anything happened to it.
I picked up my 2015 dodge journey and they did an amazing job, Maria and Erik B made the process simple, easy, and quick! Erik B kept in contact consistently they returned my car in better condition when I left it! Took my Aunts van to them after she ran over a tire on the way to pick me up at the airport and a piece was hanging down and rubbing on the road. They came right out and took that piece off after I told them we were headed to Michigan in the morning.... no charge... very pleasant and easy to work with. They have worked on her car in the past
