Took 3 months to fix my car, when the dude finally got the parts in he called me to ask me what trim the car was because the parts didn't fit, like he wasnt capable of running the vin. He went ahead and "made it work" now my front bumper is sagging and sounds like its about to fall off a year later, last time I had my radiator replaced a bunch of tiny little metal spaces fell out everywhere stacks of them. Absolutely the worst service I've ever had.
My experience with Gerber Collision & Glass has been one of the most frustrating and dangerous situations I’ve ever dealt with involving a vehicle repair. I first brought my 2019 Subaru Outback to the Owasso location on July 14, 2025, after a collision. Great customer service and care
I managed to damage the front right wheel well on my new truck, tightly folding the metal on the inside edge, while pulling it down. It was a mess! It was out of alignment by over 1", and broke a few parts behind the well itself. I took it to Gerber Collision & Glass for an estimate. They were courteous, professional, and knew what had to be done. They presented a very reasonable estimate. They were even able to get me in that very day. HORRIBLE! I’ll yell to anyone and everyone that asked me since January 29 since my vehicle was hit I have been dealing with Gerber collision. It is now May 14 and I’m still having the same issue. I’m going to update this review in a little bit with all the information as to every single interaction I’ve had because I’ve recorded every bit of it. The amount of back-and-forth horrible.
