I have taken 3 of my cars now to Gerber in Owasso off 76th. Jamie is so amazing to work with. On the 4th we left a bucket of supposedly burnt out fireworks in garage and the bucket melted with damage to my car. I took it Monday morning and the paint guy( sorry forgot name) looked at it, used some chemicals, paste and a buffer and fixed it right then and there. No charge. Went to get an estimate on securing my bumper cover back up. They literally said they felt like doing something nice and fixed it free of charge.(was only a 5 minute fix, but still) I'm originally from NW Oklahoma where people do nice things all the time and you just don't find that anymore in the big cities so to say I was extremely grateful is an understatement! IF, I ever need car repairs in the future this is a company I will DEFINITELY use. Again, THANK YOU for your kindness and generosity!! ❤️🚗
Went in for an estimate, waited for about an hour due to them double booking themselves. They come back from looking at my hail damage and tell me that I have hail damage all over my car…. yes, that’s why it’s here. I am looking for an estimate on the cost to repair. And they let me know that that’s not something they can provide for me even though that’s why I’m there. Then try to strong arm me into filing an insurance claim and getting on their schedule. No thanks.
Took 3 months to fix my car, when the dude finally got the parts in he called me to ask me what trim the car was because the parts didn't fit, like he wasnt capable of running the vin. He went ahead and "made it work" now my front bumper is sagging and sounds like its about to fall off a year later, last time I had my radiator replaced a bunch of tiny little metal spaces fell out everywhere stacks of them. Absolutely the worst service I've ever had.
