My family has used Coy's three times and can say that the service is very professional, courteous, and efficient. In addition, I was impressed with the efforts to stay in touch with me to know how things were going. Each time my car was ready by the time promised, or earlier. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company.
all i can say about this place is it is awful!!! i have had nothing but trouble from them since day one. the people in the office are just plain bad at everything just to be nice about it and the woman managing the place is by far the worst. its abvious she know nothing about what she is doing and cant take a single ounce of responsibility for not doing her job. i would avoid this place untill they can find someone that knows how to do manage.
