Someone backed into my car in my apartment complex parking lot. I got sent here by my insurance company, and this business made me wait a month just to take some pictures. I show up a month later thinking that that date was to drop the car off, but it was actually just to take 5 minutes to take pictures. Then they would give me a date to drop it off. After running over debris on Hathaway Bridge in Panama City Beach my front bumper became partially detached. I immediately drove here and within 10 minutes of arriving they had it reattached where it has stayed for 4 months. All for no charge for being a simple fix for them. It was an act of kindness that I wasn’t expecting. They had been referred to me and I can certainly see why. Definitely a 5 STAR Rating. Thanks again

Had an excellent experience here. Melissa was helpful with paper work, but the best was from Shannon who helped with the review of damages, talked me through the process, kept me informed and tolerated my inexperience with collision repair. Hope I don't need this service again, but Gerber in Panama City Beach will be my first call.
