Updated review! Do not recommend. My 74 year old Mother who recently lost her husband and is battling breast cancer was rear ended on I-459. Nationwide forced an estimate from one of their people and Gerber was on the list. 30 minutes before my Mother’s first appointment, they called and cancelled. She rescheduled for an afternoon appointment. Shelly called that morning asking her to bring it in within one hour. That wasn’t possible. Took our car in for the painting of a door and replace the driver's side mirror. They somehow came up with the conclusion that the vehicle was so damaged that the insurance company totaled out the car. If we knew they were gonna play these games we would have never taken the car to be fixed. It's too late now as it gets reported to your insurance and you have to get a DOT inspection.
