Updated review! Do not recommend. My 74 year old Mother who recently lost her husband and is battling breast cancer was rear ended on I-459. Nationwide forced an estimate from one of their people and Gerber was on the list. 30 minutes before my Mother’s first appointment, they called and cancelled. She rescheduled for an afternoon appointment. Shelly called that morning asking her to bring it in within one hour. That wasn’t possible.
