Worst body shop in town!!!!! Dishonest. Lied to my 16 year old son and told him to sign the paper and they would have it fixed in 2 to 3 weeks. Then I went to pick it up and they told me it would be $250 to put it back together. Never mentioned that to my son. So yes they are total liars. Not sure how they can possibly lie their way out of this review. Let's see. Not looking out for the customer. Below they will respond that somehow my 16 year old son is responsible for authorizing the work on this vehicle. Do not come here. Manager not apologetic in any way either.
From the staff to the technicians, hands-down, the most caring understanding helpful collision shop in Tallahassee or on that matter probably Florida. Riley walked us through step-by-step instructions details information can’t say enough about Gerber collision. Every person we met was friendly, helpful, and actually caring. They definitely go above and beyond Thank you all so much for what you do.
Riley went above and beyond helping us every step of the way with our Kona. Our insurance basically let us figure it all out ourselves, not returning phone calls or giving updates. Gerber on the other hand, reached out to us to let us know about every update on their end and what we should be doing. Every other step of this car accident process was a huge headache, but dealing with Gerber was a savior. They even made sure to get the car back on the exact date our rental was up with insurance. They didn't fix my fix my car the hood looked after I took it back it's still not even the bumper not fixed ...plus the chick at the front desk tried complaining to State Farm like I work for them...I pay them the front lobby is nasty chairs are not clean...my car is brand new and they had it for 3 weeks and it's still not fixed. Sloppy work and whoever let this car to be released like that is unprofessional and need to find new work. I want my deductible back until my car is repair....I wish I could post pic of the horrible... read more
