I had a car towed there after an accident. When they determined the car was totaled did not only did not contact us, they kept sending us texts that the car was being fixed with the “updates“. Do not bring your car here!! I only brought my car here because my insurance recommended them and stated we would be a “priority customer” if we used them after I hit a deer. They had my car for a month, but I did have decent damage to the front of my car, so it could very well take that long to fix; however there was absolutely no communication about a timeline.
