I had a car towed there after an accident. When they determined the car was totaled did not only did not contact us, they kept sending us texts that the car was being fixed with the “updates“. Even gave a date when the car would be done! We were finally contacted by the insurance that the car was totaled and when I called Gerber said the texts are automatically sent once your car is there.
