Took my van to this location for repairs on the sliding door and back left window. The repairs were completed in about two weeks, but there was very limited communication throughout the process. I called multiple times for updates and confirmed that they had the correct phone number on file. During those calls, Mike was rude and condescending. If you need a good honest repair shop and don't know where to start, very happy with this gerber shop. Jarrett took care of everything start to finish and had great communication. These folks repair your vehicle as if it's their own.
