These guys were fantastic start to finish. They handled things seemlessly with my insurance and car rental company, were done early, and even offered to help move all of my kids' car seats when I picked up my vehicle. Every person I interacted with was kind and helpful. They went above and beyond and I really appreciate their service
Gerber Collision in Dublin is AMAZING!!! 10 out of 10!! They are the ONLY body shop I trust with my vehicles. They have provided me first class service multiple times. Most recently, someone backed into my car in a parking lot while I was inside a restaurant having dinner. It happened on a Friday night (Memorial Day Weekend) after Gerber was closed. from my first phone call to schedule to fixing/replacing the window casing on passenger side, it all went smoothly and efficiently. Lakesha and Gerry really go above and beyond to give you true customer service. Very kind, thoughtful and respectful and NO surprises. and, this was not my first time at Gerber.
I enjoyed KeKe. She was so professional and also funny. She helped me with an insurance issue that I could not get taken care of. Can't thank her enough! Also Jerry. Very thoughtful. He got my car in done quickly. And he was funny as well. Actually, I enjoyed being at their Collison center. How many people say that! 😁
Everyone at this location is incredibly kind, friendly, and honest. They were communicative throughout the entire process and completed excellent work. Lakesha (I hope I spelled her name right) goes above and beyond for customers and is cheery every hour of the day. The techs are fantastic and go out of their way to explain things clearly and are super kind. Getting in an accident is never an enjoyable experience, but this staff makes everything as painless as possible. Would recommend
