These folks are the best. Specifically, Keke, Evan and Andy- thank you SO much for your end-to-end assistance with my car's mirror issue. The way that my dad and I see it is that you saved us over $1500! Our dealership quoted us at $1500 for a fix that you provided completely for just $100 and some change. I cannot thank you enough and feel so valued by the team at this location.
This location will lie and deceive you. I wouldn't trust them if it was the last collision repair entity on earth. They provided me a Final Bill, detailing a specific tire to be put on my Vehicle. However, they lied and deceived me and put on a completely different tire than what was noted on their actual documentation that they themselves provided to me when I picked up my vehicle upon completion. This company evidently is on board with lying to and deliberately deceiving their clients. This is unacceptable.
When I tell you run to Gerber and don’t walk to Gerber …. Run ♀️ I’m so happy my husband came to fix the damage that was done to my car after my accident…. Customer service Top tier and they keep you updated on your car every step of the way … my car looks brand new . And you Gerber for vacuuming my car I truly appreciate it .
