I took my vehicle in for bumper repair. They initially told me could 3 weeks if they needed parts. Three days later it was done. The communication they provided via text and phone on the status of my vehicle was excellent! The whole operation is very professional, from the front to the to the back! Not only did they repair my vehicle, they waxed it and cleaned the interior. Wish I could give more stars! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
They were very friendly and professional and answered all of my questions promptly. I'll absolutely be going to them again if I ever need any kind of glass or collision repair in the future.
Put my truck in for hail damage and the communication was horrible. They kept it for almost 2 weeks while lying saying they were working on it, only to find out they started on it the 10th day of having it and realized they couldn't fix the roof. Waist of time!
My car was backed into making repairs necessary. I am going to be honest when I specify I am unsure if the issue has been with progressive, however my car has been sitting in their lot for just shy of a month at the time of this review and as of today parts have not even been ordered. For context they have been working with progressive to get the approved cost (which I had once believed to be completed when I called over a week ago where they falsely said that parts have been ordered). Said they would call every Tuesday and Thursday and didn't so my vehicle sat with only 2 repairs from a wreck and they never informed me of anything until I called them
