Above and beyond thru the entire process! Getting and estimate was simple. The offered a shuttle ride to and from, making drop off and pick up so convenient! I felt informed about the work being done on my truck and the quality of the finished was product surpassed my expectation! They have earned my referrals AND future business!
Was very little damage to car. Dropped off car on a Monday was told three days to complete. Got text messages stating car would be done Friday, then got a call on Friday was told Monday because car sat at another shop for 3 days. Now I am being told we are waiting on a part. When I talked to supervisor about 9 days to fix a bumper and alignment I got what seems to be excuses for poor customer service.
I had to have my rear bumper replaced and Taber did an excellent job with the work. The paint matches great and you cannot tell the difference. The staff was very helpful and I was kept up to date through the entire process. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly.
These guys did a great job on our truck they picked it up a 100 miles away when they said they said they would be there and we where on a tight time frame and they got our truck done in time. I would recommend them to everyone.
