They say they will call right back and don't their office communication is lacking. No respect for person that live over 100 miles away and have to have other people involved in retrieving vehicle for it not to be fixed all the way. Given dates for completion and I gave extra days and it's still not actually had to go to another dealership.

I’ll starting increasing stars soon! Right now, it’s been almost 1 month, or 1 month. They told me at one point they were ready to run it through paint and then all of a sudden they received a broken fender from the company. I guess they ordered from that’s on them. They need to cover that. Look forward to continuing the review and hope my truck is available very soon. This is causing enormous suffering.
Took my pickup for some body repairs to driver rear fender (bed) of my pickup. So although they notified me weekly on the status of my vehicle and they even delivered it to my home address. Despite the notifications and the delivery as well as the decent job done on the body, they managed to drive my vehicle with no backup camera no tail lights no turn signals no brake lights for an hour to my residence.
