This place is trash!!! Terrible service and terrible customer service!! If you need any work in your car dont go here this place is horrible!!!!! Takes 3 times to get a car right .. read reviews before coming here! They will give you bs excuses about car being ready this week and parts getting damaged during shipping etc! Just excuses after excuses just terrible!!!
They had my vehicle for 30 days and did NO REPAIRS AND NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. Everyone there has no idea what’s going on and whenever I called I got the same answer “your truck is getting repaired” until 30 days later I got a message from my insurance saying my truck was a “complete loss” and they took away 30 days of my rental car coverage did no repairs and never talked to me and then when I took it to another shop they only paid for 1 week of rental car coverage (like they didn’t hold my truck for 30 days and lie to me... read more
Gerber collision is by far the worst repair place I've ever been to we took 2 vehicles to them with being disappointed both times i wouldn't recommend them to anyone and will never do business with them again ever in life
I would definitely recommend to go here for repairs I had got my back bumper replaced and they were fast and the best about everything !
